Understanding Gluten Intolerance

To celebrate Naturopathic Medicine Week the Quinte Naturopathic Center in Belleville held a series of health talks. On May 9 the talk was on "Understanding Gluten Intolerance" with guest speaker Dr. Andrea Bull, ND. Gluten intolerance, often times confused with wheat sensitivity, is actually an auto-immune disease. The participants in the discussion were lively, interested and full of questions.
