The Quinte Chapter Human Resources Professionals Asooc. in collaboration with the Quinte Employment Network presented Social Media - How will it affect you in your role on Tuesday, March 27. This half day event used real-world examples and best practices. The guest speakers covered the legal implications in the area of Human Resources and the extent that social media is being used by employers. Discussion also included digital leadership, collaboration and the effects of using Social Media within organization hierarchies. The latest approaches and tools used for personal branding and career marketing were also discussed.
