Books In My Suitcase. How is your toddler's French? This French literacy program for children ages 0-4 years was being test piloted at 3 locations - Trenton, Belleville and Frankford. Children could come and have a couple hours in French surroundings. The key part of the program was when they gathered around and had a book read to them.
