Albert College Helps Haiti Relief

Albert College staff and student presented the Red Cross with a donation of $2,500 for Haiti relief. Christy Mills of the Canadian Red Cross graciously accepted the cheque from Coral Vail, grade 12 of Trenton. Students have been planning and participating in a number of different fundraising events in order to generate donations for Haiti Relief. Head of School, Keith Stansfield says, "Students did not need encouragement to want to make a difference for the people of Haiti. They worked very hard educating their peers on what was happening in Haiti and what they could do to help." Students at the Junior School wanted to help as well and enjoyed a day out of uniform on Friday in support of the fundraising campaign.
