QCF Board Doing Strategic Planning

Quinte Children's Foundation embarked on the development of their Strategic Plan. Board members and staff worked through a 3 hour meeting to establish the Vision, Mission and Values of the Foundation. They also created goals and objectives to work on over the next 5 years.
