Wedding Fashion Show

Trent Valley Lodge Nursing Home had a "Through the Years" Wedding Fashion Show for the residents in honour of Valentine's Day. There were wedding and bridesmaid dresses from staff, volunteers, friends and family of the residents. The oldest dress modelled was that of Margaret Ross (wife of resident Alvin Ross) who modelled the dress herself. They were married in 1956. The other models were staff members, some wearing their own gowns. There were also wedding dresses from the Historical Society on display. And, of course, there was also wedding cake for all to enjoy! Check out more pictures at www.snapquinte.com
